The area is world-renowned for its hiking and geothermal pools. What better way to relax after a long day of outdoor activity than soaking in a hot spring while taking in breathtaking vistas? There are showers on-site and this zone is located right at the beginning of Iceland’s famous Laugavegur hiking trail.
You can also stay overnight either by camping or staying in the mountains cabins nearby. You’ll have to use a sleeping bag and can arrange with your stay with the mountain hut of your choice at www.fi.is/en. Please contact them for more information.

Departure at 09:30 from Leirubakki at the campsite.
Arrival at 12:00 Landmannalaugar (cabins & campsite).
From Landmannalaugar:
Departure at 15:30 Landmannalaugar (cabins & campsite).
Arrival at 17:30 Leirubakki.
Pls. note that the earlier bus is running from 12/6 and the later bus is running from 15/9 2019. Please be ready at the bus stop 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.
